All digital purchases on SmartKundali (including the ₹79 Micro-Dossier and ₹149 Royal Brihat-Patrika) are generated instantly via our automated cloud rendering pipeline and made available for immediate in-browser viewing and PDF download.
2. Automatic First-Call Failure Refund
If a technical error on our cloud infrastructure prevents your paid PDF report from generating or downloading successfully, our system is architected to automatically record the failure and initiate a full reversal to your original payment method.
3. Manual Refund Requests
If you experience an issue with an order, please email support@srigenmedia.com with your Order ID, registered email, and payment receipt. Legitimate refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 7 business days.
