1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://srigenmedia.com or any of its applications (including SmartKundali, Swarm OS, and FDE Academy),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using our platforms.
2. Description of Services
SriGen Media provides computational software platforms, including high-precision astronomical ephemeris calculations, digital multi-page PDF chart report generation, AI-assisted multi-agent research tools, and software engineering educational simulators.
3. Cultural & Astrological Entertainment Disclaimer
Astrological calculations and 10-Rishi AI Council interpretations are provided for historical, educational, cultural research, and personal reflection purposes. Astrological forecasts should not substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary analytical algorithms, UI components, vector SVG templates, and domain modules are the intellectual property of SriGen Media. Generated PDF reports purchased by users may be printed, saved, and utilized for personal or consulting client use as permitted by the respective plan tier.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SriGen Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products or APIs.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
